Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times

Our products are sourced from trusted international suppliers, so delivery takes a little longer than local shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only - occasional delays can occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across the UAE and to selected international destinations. If your country is available, it will appear at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order, and are shown clearly before you pay.

Tracking your order

Every order is shipped with tracking. Your tracking number and a tracking link are emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our supplier's facility. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to update.

Customs and import taxes

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes (where they apply) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or your item arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will help you promptly.
